Hapermut
Hapermut (hurup Arab Gundul: هافرموت) entu anu boléan deri haper nyang udah dipelocoin, dikukus, dipèdèlin, ama diencagin.[1] Haper, kalu udah diencag alus, kena dibilang haper puti. Haper nyang dirawis kasar, mah, digero'nya hapermut kasar, hapermut Irlan[2], atawa hapermut pinhead.[3] Haper encag biasa, mah, bentuknya pèdèl rada tebel dikit cumannya, mah, kena diolah lagi, dah, tu jadi pèdèlan atawa kecilan.[4] Haper kena dibangsain lagi jadi hapermut gasik bahnanya masaknya gasik, nyang diaranin ama ukuran tu gandum ama lamanya ngaron tu haper.[5]
