Lobang item gedé gambrèng (hurup Arab Gundul: لوبڠ ايتم ݢدى ݢمبريڠ‎; Inggris: supermassive black hole) atawa lobang item gedé betul (hurup Arab Gundul: لوبڠ ايتم ݢدى بتول‎) atawa lobang item gedé jasa (hurup Arab Gundul: لوبڠ ايتم ݢدى جاس‎) entu atu jenis lobang item nyang paling gedé nyang ombolannya (massa) gedénya barang ratusan rèbu kali ampé miliaran kali gedéan ketimbang mataari punya ombolan.
